You will work independently toresolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Communicateand Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills,HR,and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clientsandresolve issues.You willset priorities,í¢€¯organizeí¢€¯your day,í¢€¯multi-task,í¢€¯change direction,í¢€¯andí¢€¯provide promptí¢€¯follow-up.í¢€¯You willstrive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of 'Integrity is Everything. ' Provide RecommendationsandEducate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices toADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialistsat ADP. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications Candidate ideally located in the St. Louis, MO area/surrounding area as they will be required to manage an external client territory/book of business within MO, IA and surrounding states.Will be a hybrid work model (Remote, Office and Client-Facing in the Field). At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above, OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
