Responsibilities include:Writes, tunes, and interprets advanced SQL queriesDesigns a blueprint to ensure data is accurate and accessible including verifying data accuracy and designing complex interactions between data fields within the data management solutionProvides technical and administrative support of complex, enterprise-wide analytics systems to ensure data integrity and proper system functionStays current on and provides data for relevant health care developments and quality programs-including but not limited to Meaningful Use, PCMH, MIPS/MACRA, UDSWorks with front line staff and management to design and implement data quality and data governance initiativesResearches and stays current on new BI/reporting technology and development techniques.Researches and evaluates software and hardware to assist in development on different platformsOrganizes and presents data in a meaningful waya. Assist managers and staff members in the conceptualization and development of new templates and documentsDesigns, codes, implements, and troubleshoots electronic forms used for documentation in the EHRRevises existing EHR to improve functionality and/or normalized data collectionProvides support and training to the user community regarding the use and implementation of clinical content including development of training materialsBachelor’s Degree in related field preferredExtensive experience in building and maintaining ambulatory EHR templates and documentsMust be able to read and generate written medical communication and documentation.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, providers, peers, supervisor or other collaborative community agencies.Ability to communicate any real or potential clinic or organizational problems to appropriate risk management staff.At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
