This role is located in New York City - HYBRID. In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead a team of client account leads responsible for the commercial health of existing clients and acquiring new accounts Manage the commercial relationship for a handful of clients, representing ~$25-40m in ARR personally, and $150-200m for the team Develop opportunities with prospective clients in the Asset Owner segment, covering public and private pensions, state and local governments, Endowments & Foundations, non-profits, corporates, and sovereign wealth funds Be a leader of Asset Servicing Client Coverage in the NY office, facilitating senior executive engagement with clients Continue to build our Asset Owner Americas presence through participation in events, industry forums, and conferencesTo be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in client management roles with commercial accountability for top line growth Proven ability to capture wallet share through proactive client management practices Experience developing new relationships with prospective clients through to conversion Ability to rally the broader organization to solve complex problems and meet the expectation of our clients Financial services experience a strong plus, but not a requirementAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
