In that capacity, you will be responsible for implementing related requirements as established by 32 CRF 117 - NISPOM, other DoD and customer-specific directives needed to support DOD contracts and customers.This will involve effectively interfacing and partnering with government oversight agency representatives, internal program customers; and effectively partnering with members of peer organizations to ensure mission success. You will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of traditional STIGS in support of Command Cyber Operational Review (CORA). In support of this mission, you will provide guidance to entry-level program security professionals for routine operational responsibilities. Contribute to RMS and Corporate Program Working Groups and utilize established common practices to support your programs. Participate in, enhance, and support security education, training, and awareness programs. Assist program and security management with anticipating emerging compliance requirements and implement compliant solutions for operations. Conduct and support inspection ready efforts by ensuring compliance with established internal and external customer regulations. Assist in developing and publishing of security directives, policies & procedures and training curriculums. Investigate security violations and facilitate appropriate company response. This position may require occasional travel. Must possess a Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain customer required accesses.Basic Qualifications:-Knowledge of the NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, policies, and procedures to include DoD collateral Personnel Security, Physical Security regulations, Operations Security and Technical Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).-Active Top Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years is required prior to start.-Experience working with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) ProgramsExperience with the following systems:- Defense Information System for Security (DISS)- National Industrial Security System (NISS)- Security Information Management System (SIMS) softwareDesired Skills:-Completion of Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities-An understanding of Intelligence Community Directives, and Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide.
