Summer Internship Program The BNY Summer Internship Program provides high-potential students with a well-rounded, rewarding 10-week internship experience, as well as an inside look into what it is like to work for a global financial services organization that has been innovating and serving clients since 1784. With projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop participants, our summer interns will gain valuable real-world experiences while learning to work together in collaborative teams and building a robust network within BNY. The M&WS Summer Internship Program offers developmental opportunities and exposure to the platform through valuable, strategic projects that align to critical business needs in trading, sales and product. This program is designed for the driven student seeking real-world experience, access to over 4,000 employees based in more than 20 countries with whom you will have daily interactions with, while learning about the needs of clients across various markets and financial conditions. To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Individuals who will be graduating in December 2025 through June 2026 Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills Strong excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables Excellent written and oral communication skills Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
