The RPC is a key support to the Director of Retail and Specialty Pharmacy and partners with pharmacy managers and teams to ensure stores are effectively staffed, scheduled, prepped for activities (inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts, etc.), complaint with regulatory guidelines, and embracing change and new ways of working.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech. Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assignment deadlines with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Prefer PTCB certification. Require active registration and licensure with NJ Board of Pharmacy as pharmacy technician, within 90 days of hire.
