WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for working with users and developers in creating and maintaining functionality for internal systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving business requirements and facilitating acceptance testing for development projects. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:Collect, organize, and refine requirements for projectsFacilitate meetings between business users and development teamMake timely project decisions keeping projects on schedule and on budgetMaintain the product backlog with user stories and defectsMay develop best practices, routines, and optimize processes from inception through to completionResolve conflicts between team members to keep projects moving forwardTrack project performance and summarize to provide updates to upper-level managementIdentify areas to improve the PM efficiency and implement necessary changesUse analytical skills to identify issues/challenges and work to develop creative and scalable solutionsUse and continually develop leadership skillsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience5+ years of applicable experience; investment industry is a plusDesired Qualifications/Skills:Proficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience in Agile methodologyAzure DevOps experienceUnderstanding of CRM Applications (Microsoft Dynamics)QA/testing knowledgeDetail oriented and highly organizedAbility to handle multiple projects/work streams and adapt to a constantly changing environmentAbility to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staffExceptional oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectivelyHigh standard of professionalismWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
