The role of the Clinical Integrity Officer is to oversee and develop the organization's clinical departments and ensure the clinical integrity of the applied behavior therapy guidelines.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. attend weekly meetingswith VP and other meetings as neededWork in close collaboration with Regional Director of Operation (RDO) and assigned VP ofOperations - attend weekly meetings with RDO and other regional meetings as neededProvide ongoing positive and constructive feedback to all clinical team members to supporttheir growth and adherence to InBloom’s standards of client careWeekly travel between assigned center locationsSchedule and facilitate new hire BCBA training -
