Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist ABA Therapist for AutismBehavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Position Location: Nashville, TN and surrounding areasFull Time & Part-Time AvailableSalary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourAscend Autism ("Ascend") is a provider of in-home autism therapy services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Ascend utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while elevating the outcomes for individuals diagnosed with ASD. Ascend is committed to the success of each child, as well as the entire family.Ascend is currently seeking ABA Behavior Technicians (Techs or Therapists) to join our team of professionals. RBTs help the children acquire new skills and work toward the goals of improving communication, social interactions, problem-solving and adaptive living skills.Becoming an RBTDoes the role of an RBT sound like something you want to take on, but you're concerned you don't have the right qualifications?Ascend provides on-the-job training for our Behavior Techs to become licensed RBTs. The 40-hour course, RBT Competency Assessment and RBT exam can all be completed in six weeks or less.
