Job Title: 3 Temporary Customer Service RepresentativesLocation: Carlsbad, CADuration: 3-5 Month ContractThree open positions: two are fully remote, and one is onsiteJob Description:LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our client's insurance team in Carlsbad, CA, for a 3-5 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential.Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone callsAssist customers with inquiries and issuesMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsCollaborate with team members to resolve customer concernsFollow up and email coordinationQualifications: High school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsCandidate is required to live in San Diego, CA Working Hours:40 hours per weekFull-timeMonday- Friday8:30am-5:00pm or 6:00am-2:30pm PSTDetails:3 positions total-2 remote and 1 onsite3-5 month contract roleLocated in Carlsbad, San DiegoCompensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour DOE If you have the qualifications above and are interested in this opportunity, then please apply now.
