Come be the changeWE ARE LOOKING FOR A EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTSENIORITY LEVEL: Entry levelFUNCTION: OperationsLOCATION: Winston-Salem, NCROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESReports to: Executive Vice President OperationsNumber of Direct Reports: N/ACore Relationships: Internal - Senior Vice President Information Digital Technology and other Executive Members along with their direct teams; other Executive Assistants / External - External Vendors (as needed)Geographic Scope: LocalTravel Required: 0-10%WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORPro-active management of complex calendars including arranging and rearranging appointments as needed for internal and external stakeholders.Support the planning and coordination of Executives' travel logistics.Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications while exercising and maintaining the highest level of anize, prioritize, and execute administrative tasks and projects as requested by Executives.Work closely and collaborate with the Executive Assistants for other leaders and other colleagues in support of special assignments and Executive Team members.Coordinating and logistics for Executives' leadership teams and departmental meetings.Serve as coordinator for general functional processes.CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? Do you want to continue building your career on a truly global organization?Do you have excellent organization skills and attention to detail?ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEHigh School diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).SharePoint administration experience a plus.Ability to proactively anticipate needs of and opportunities for executive level leaders.Ability to build and maintain business relationships and be calm and flexible under pressure and amidst changing priorities.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and ability to manage multi-task assignments.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.Experience providing administrative support to an Executive in a matrixed multi-national corporation preferred.BENEFICIAL Additional qualifications and certifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.WE ARE REYNOLDS AMERICAN-A member of the BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO GROUPAt Reynolds American, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
