Quality and Compliance CoordinatorAurora, CO $23-$27 per hour - Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY The Quality and Compliance Coordinator is part of the Quality and Compliance department and will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager of Quality and Compliance supporting the department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and a positive customer experience.KEY RELATIONSHIPS The Quality and Compliance Coordinator reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager of Quality and Compliance. This position works directly with all departments of the pharmacy and corporate entities as well as PACE customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTracking, reviewing and analyzing policies, regulations and compliance requirements.Providing compliance training and oversightInvestigating potential issues of regulatory and or privacy (HIPAA) non-compliance and coordinating provision of root cause analysis and impact reports for internal departments as well as downstream entitiesPerforming internal audits and self-inspections.Documenting and maintaining project plans and status reports as related to mock inspections, audits, and other ad hoc initiatives as neededTracking pharmacist and technician licensures for ColoradoMaintain a customer relations management and quality assurance programPerform quality investigations with or without root cause analysis (RCA)Generate and maintain Quality Metric reports Identify and recommend new processes based on trend analysisUse database statistics to identify discrepancies and unexpected trendsResearch idiosyncrasies/anomalies found during analysis to identify the root cause Contribute to data quality processes and initiatives Work closely with managers and supervisors on quality expectations and outcomesSupport Quality and Compliance Manager with QA sessions for each functional areaEnsure that weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting is done accurately and delivered as promisedRaise process/solution improvement ideas to management and share new learning’s with appropriate partiesProvide timely and effective communication to Quality and Compliance Manager related to process changes or updatesRun and distribute performance reports via the CRM System Independently coordinate ongoing and upcoming monitoring assignmentsAssist with ongoing data maintenance and reporting through various CRM platformsEnsure that all reports are accurate and that supporting data is properly reviewedMaintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSSkilled in using Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn Frameworks and Salesforce programsAbility to read, write, speak and comprehend EnglishUses good judgment and independent decision-makingExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with teamsAbility to prioritize assigned tasksAttention to detail and completion of all workflow stepsAbility to work in a fast paced, challenging and technical environmentReliable and consistent in timeliness, attendance and quality of workAdhering to the core values of the company which include accountability, integrity, making a difference, quality, respect, stewardship, and teamworkInformation contained in this description represents the general nature of work being performed.
