The role of the Revenue Controller is to manage the Revenue Accounting Department and develop accounting personnel while continuously improving department policies and procedures.Analyze, improve, and coordinate continuous improvement projects within the Revenue Accounting DepartmentProvide direction and guidance to all Revenue Accounting personnelOversees the departments hiring processes and terminationsEnsure compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax requirementsEnsure proper controls are in place to protect and ensure asset security Analyze Company transactionsManage annual financial audits while coordinating with outside Accountants/Auditors Provide technical assistance to all sister companies and subsidiariesMaintain positive relationships with outside professionals, such as accountants/auditors, bank personnel, vendors, etc.Research, analyze, and implement new technology Perform special tasks as requested by Chief Financial OfficerBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA (preferred)5+ years experience in leadership/management5+ years experience in Accounting-related fieldExperience with Oracle (preferred)Skillful in Microsoft Office ProgramsExcellent attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsStable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payQuick advancementCustomized training programProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days
