LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company located in Mount Laurel, Nj. The company is in search of a collections representative on a contract basis. Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Initial 30 days on-site required; subsequent work-from-home (WFH) option available Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with in-office presence needed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Schedule subject to change based on operational requirements. Responsibilities:Extensive outbound callingBusiness-to-Business (B2B) collectionsManaging lease agreementsDirect and frequent engagement with Canon's clientele, necessitating exceptional customer service abilitiesProficient written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience in accounting and handling cash transactions Qualifications: A degree in Finance or Business is preferred but not mandatory. Please note that the hybrid work arrangement allows for flexibility, with mandatory in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The ability to adapt to changing work schedule requirements and office attendance policies as dictated by business demands is essential.
