Do you pursue everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish? TeamDynamix is looking for a remote Customer Account Executive to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have worked in fast-paced organizations with rapid growth and have strong experience in generating new opportunities in assigned accounts through prospecting as well as managing relationships. About the RoleWork with current clients to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship in assigned accounts. Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts. Become a subject matter expert on TeamDynamix licensing models to provide both sales and customers assistance in licensing discussions. Connect with customers to scope out any consulting, implementation, or professional services engagements and work to ensure continued engagement and customer value realization. Work closely with Solutions Consultants to engage in product discovery calls and provide demos for expansion opportunities. Generate and develop new opportunities in assigned accounts through prospecting. About YouCompetitively optimistic. You believe that you can - and will - win. Personable. You find creative ways to add value and stay top of mind for clients.About Your QualificationsAssociates degree; bachelor's degree preferred. 3 - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a documented history of success.Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software. Skilled in customer service focus to include assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction. Strong active listening and critical thinking skills. Excellent time management skills. Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company.
