LHH is recruiting a Conflicts Processor for a downtown Cleveland Law firm. the Conflicts Processor conducts conflict checks, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:Conduct conflict searches using law firm database and other resources to identify potential conflicts of interest.Analyze conflict reports and provide recommendations based on municate effectively with attorneys and other personnel regarding conflict findings and resolutions.Maintain accurate and detailed records of conflict checks and related processes.Assist with conflict resolution strategies and mitigation efforts as needed.Stay updated on legal and ethical standards related to conflicts of interest.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration) preferred.Prior experience in conflicts processing or a related field within a law firm environment is highly desirable.Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to conflicts of interest.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information.Proficiency in using conflict checking software and databases.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalWould you like to learn more about the Conflicts Processor position that LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for in Cleveland, Ohio?
