SUMMARY: This position manages warehouse staff and is responsible for all warehouse inventory and orders accurateness and efficiencies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage team checking all deliveries to ensure counts are accurate and product in not damaged before receiving into X3. Must note damages, shortages and overages on delivery receipt before signing. Document discrepancies.Assist with interviewing, hiring and training team ensuring that they have the tools and abilities to perform their jobs. Work with upper management in progressive discipline and termination situations.Ensure FIFO rules are followed rotating stock as neededTrain team in all SOP'sPerform daily cycle counts. Each item must be counted at least once per quarter.Maintain product integrity and check shelves for appropriate inventory levels.Checks stock physically and run usage report to identify slow moving product, or products that are outdated or damaged.Measure all requisitioned product accurately and reflex same in X3. Return remaining product to proper location ensuring that it is properly stored.Ensure all pertinent paperwork is completed properly, neatly and turned in daily by team.Ensure all areas of work environment free from any signs of potential pest evidence and or debris.Manage equipment maintenance ensuring that all working efficiently.Schedule workload for warehouse worker and utility worker daily. Report any infractions or missed days to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.Read and follow the Basic Rules of operations documented for Prepared Meals Group.Perform all other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Education:High school graduate or equivalent.Certifications:HACCP certificationHiLo /Forklift certificationOther Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:Unblemished Driver license or Forklift certificationExperience working in high volume warehouse preferredMust speak, read and write English PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
