You will be responsible for managing a team of hourly employees engaged in parts manufacturing, bonding, and sub-assembly processes. Be a part of a team that is shaping the future of aviation.Basic Qualifications:Associates degree or equivalent experience/combined educationA minimum of 3 years of experience in machine shop manufacturing environment.Manufacturing supervisory experience in a Union environment.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.Able to manage multiple priorities and be flexible.Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization.Desired Skills:Knowledge on collective bargaining agreement and dealing with hourly/union employees.Operate in a team environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, SAP, and SoluminaStrong manufacturing background in parts manufacturing.Demonstrated skills with lean manufacturing techniques.Well-rounded knowledge of Quality systemsStrong organizational skills.Clearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
