The program covers the acquisition, delivery, configuration, integration, and upgrade of IT products, along with installation and on-site maintenance, including help desk services. Additional support includes hardware delivery, moves, upgrades in state offices, and technical assistance for systems, ensuring efficient, secure, and up-to-date IT infrastructure.The Program Manager (PM) shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. The PMshall direct efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractors at multiple locations, andshall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities andrepresentatives on technical and project issues. The PM shall be responsible for regularly briefingleadership on program status and milestones. The PM shall oversee contractor personnel projectoperations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the contractual,technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative supporteffort, and monitoring and reporting progress.
