Purpose of PositionThe Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) partners with managers and leaders through multiple functions to deliver against the company's overall strategy, by identifying, prioritizing, and building HR capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. The HRBP will partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesBuilds and maintains a thorough understanding of the business and business strategy; builds strong relationships with business leaders Provides ongoing support/recommendations to assigned business leaders as needed/appropriate Coach and develop Managers to become more effectiveSupport, implement and sustain Human Resource strategies, programs and initiatives to attract, develop and retain the very best employeesPartner with leaders to oversee and provide recommendations and guidance on creating cultural commitment to employee engagement, development and growthAssess and provide recommendations on overall talent management and training needs; inclusive of success managementPartner with leaders on employee relations issues, including providing fact based, consistent recommendations for performance improvement plans, investigations, and terminationsInterpret and answer policy and HR-related questions consistentlyFacilitate exit interviews; identify trends and provide proactive solutions to mitigate unwanted turnover.Note: It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form.
