Purpose of PositionNetJets Quality Control Representative helps to ensure that the NetJets maintenance group stays compliant with 14 CFR and the NetJets General Maintenance Manual. The Quality Control Representative also monitors and provides surveillance with the intent of identifying and correcting maintenance quality gaps. The Representative audits and maintains the storage of aircraft maintenance records. Tasks and Responsibilities Performs on-site surveillance checks of base maintenance providers to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and the NetJets approved maintenance program. Collects and reports surveillance data with the intent of identifying and correcting maintenance quality gaps. Conducts audits of aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and the NetJets approved maintenance program. Oversees storage of all aircraft maintenance records. Performs duties associated with addition and removal of aircraft from the NetJets fleet. Conducts oversight of the 14 CFR Part 135 Conformity Inspection. This includes compiling, reviewing, and inducting the aircraft records. Reviews and prepares records for aircraft exiting the 135 certificate. Ensures that NetJets complies with 14 CFR reporting and compliance requirements as they pertain to Airworthiness Directives, Service Difficulty reports, and Mechanical Interruption Summary reports. Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
