World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive - in our offices or yours.Include, but are not limited to:Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout various projectsCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goalsWork closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROIRemain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project managementPlan and prioritize product development and product feature backlogDevelop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teamsAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategyMitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goalsLead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalitiesServe as product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questionsBachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required3+ years IT PO experienceFunctional knowledge of Microsoft D365 FnOProficiency with applicable project management tools and technology, Jira/Azure DevOpsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong understanding of Agile practices, including ScrumStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional teamUnderstanding of business value related to features and functionsAbility to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholdersStrong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processesExperience in working within teams using hybrid, Agile methodologiesProvides the overall design direction, solution, development, and oversight of productCapable of driving requirements, planning, and designing value streams for D365 FnOPreferred Certifications:Microsoft D365 certifications FnO preferredProduct owner certifications, trainingsTravel to approved conferences or events as needed, up to 10% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $120,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
