Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Uphold and improve upon all service standards of Menus and Venues Food & BeverageWelcome and greet guestsMake recommendations and suggest appropriate beverage pairingsAnswer questions regarding beverage lists, where wines and beers are produced and their aromas & flavorsAnswer questions about our events functions and servicesTake food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into POS systemDeliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matterClear and replace settings between each coursePerform side work before, during and at the end of each shiftMaintain clean service areasMonitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
