ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.Travel help desk support, knowledge of and experience in applying HHS travel policies, Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), and HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR). Researching and interpreting the FTR; Travel System Operations/Help Desk/Training; reviewing manually and system generated travel vouchers; preparing manual/traditional and other travel authorizations; administering the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program in accordance with HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR), volume 9, chapter 3; processing passport/visa applications; researching the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG); Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates; Processing permanent change of station (PCS) travel authorizations and vouchers. Associates Degree. Specific knowledge and expertise in preparing and reviewing manually and electronically generated travel authorizations and vouchers, processing passport/visa applications, Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates is required. Experience in an R&D environment is highly preferred.
