About the Role: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and are delivered on time and within established financial, quality, and compliance parameters. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize a data-driven approach to project management; build tools (workflows, custom work intake processes, estimation models), collect data, and drive stakeholder buy-in. • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including engineering, technology, account, and executive teams, to maintain awareness of timelines and capabilities. • Apply hands-on, technical expertise to help teams launch and maintain complex solutions. • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across the organization with strong technical and leadership skills, fostering strong working relationships. • Influence without direct authority at various levels of internal and external organizations; exhibit strong people and negotiation skills. • Communicate effectively with solid presentation skills and excellent attention to detail. • Apply business acumen to assess problems and implement suitable solutions, keeping stakeholder perspectives in mind. • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-maintenance phases. • Scope projects into manageable chunks to quickly and efficiently deliver on stakeholder needs. • Proactively investigate, track, and resolve open issues for any given project through clear communication with a wide array of partners. • Identify inefficiencies in processes and drive improvements for optimal and timely project delivery. • Drive internal and external communications (scheduling meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensuring follow-through on intermediate and milestone deliverables, etc.). • Maintain project momentum and keep the project and team on track. • Catalog and maintain all project documentation and deliverables. • Define and clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows Desired Experience and Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in technical product, program, or project management, working through all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Demonstrated quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills. • Experience managing projects spanning multiple disciplines, stakeholders, and technologies. • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across the organization. • Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency and collaboration with a larger team of technical and non-technical partners. • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, artifacts. • Proficiency with Jira or other project/workflow management systems. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related productivity software. • CSM or PMP certification is a plus but not required. • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is helpful but not required. • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile process: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, artifacts • Proficient with Jira or other project/workflow management systems. • Microsoft 365 and related productivity software • CSM or PMP certification is a plus, but not required • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience helpful but not required.
