Job Summary:The Resource Coordinator will answer the Paths to Healing Helpline and screen all incoming calls from survivors of intimate partner violence seeking services as well ascommunity partners referring clients to services. The Resource Coordinator will complete and process all new referrals and input referrals into the database. The Resource Coordinator is also responsible for providing information about community resources (i.e. counseling, legal services, food pantries, education/vocational programs, children’s activities, etc.) to individuals calling the helpline and will maintain an up-to-date list of these resources. Additionally, the Resource Coordinator will screen all clients for the Office of Victims’ Services compensation program, as well process and submit these applications. As part of their responsibilities, the Resource Coordinator will maintain a caseload of 10-15 clients seeking Economic Empowerment and/or advocacy services. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for socialjustice and anti-oppressive practice, experience providing support to survivors of intimate partner violence and/or other forms of trauma, and a desire to work collaboratively with a team of creative and committed clinicians and advocates.
