LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville that is looking to add a B2B Customer Service Representative to their team This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr. depending on experience. B2B experience is required and furniture industry experience is a plus.Responsibilities:Manage order process from start to finish for assigned territory of clientsReceive orders and enter into ERPVerify specifications and communicate with production, purchasing, inventory, etc. to determine ship/delivery datesTrack order through to deliveryAct as first point of contact for any client questions, concerns, or issues and provide real time updatesQualifications:B2B customer service experience is required Must have experience using an ERP, Oracle experience is preferredStrong communication and multitasking skillsIf you or anyone in your network has the necessary qualifications, please apply at Our client will move quicklyPay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourSearch managed by: Kaitlyn Pruitt Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
