We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.SPA has a near termneed for a Senior Cloud Systems Architectto join our growing team at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.Responsible for leading the creation of a technology framework and providing technical leadership to support cloud computing and automation efforts, with a focus on the design of systems and services that run on cloud platforms designed to support processing highly classified data. The contractor personnel shall provide architectural leadership and best practices to cloud-based DevOps application development teams. Additionally, the contractor personnel will be responsible for ensuring that critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject.10 years’ experience in designing large and complex IT operations in large organizations, research environments or academic environments.3-5 years experiencein cloud computing.Strong leadership and team-building skills, and must be able to collaborate effectively with a group of high performing individuals.Active Top Secret/SCI and the ability to maintain it throughout employmentDesired Qualifications;Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject is highly desired.Experience working in a Government Cloud Environment.
