This Position is Monday - Friday full time and the territory is New Jersey.The Account Executive identifies opportunities to engage and develop new client relationships, manages our existing client base with great customer service, organizational skills and a can do attitude.This position requires consistent contact with clients, understanding their expectations, excellent time management and travel on an as needed basis. Position works independently and with others to demonstrate superior customer service, market knowledge and strive to meet or exceed company’s revenue objectives. This position will be remote with some office time.Drives the development of local and national salesFocus on new groth and relationships while you maintain key customer relationshipsActs as a liaison between clients and ExamWorks, actively promoting services and supportRepresents the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainmentInforms clients of updates in regards to policy changes, services and physiciansAssists in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely mannerVisits physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting effortsEvaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to the RVP of SalesContinuously analyzes the market, competition, external threats and opportunities. Adapts sales strategy to these changing conditionsProvides weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directedAttends all sales and marketing meetings as directedWhen necessary, assists with account collection activity and some operational dutiesBachelor degree in business, marketing or sales preferred; or 3 years related experience in outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of claims management relative to Liability/Workers Comp/No Fault or relevant work experience (Paralegals, liability claims, etc…) is preferred not requiredMust hold a valid state Driver’s LicenseMust be able to divide work requirements between 50% office/remote time and 50% in the fieldAbility to develop and deliver compelling presentations with good knowledge of Power Point, Excel, SalesForce CRM and moreMust be able to maintain confidentialityMust be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environmentABOUT USExamWorks is a leading provider of innovative healthcare services including independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management, record retrieval, document management and related services.
