Human Resources Representative - Provide real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding human resources issues, policies, and processes, support HR solutions, and provide professional and efficient assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include evaluating and addressing employee concerns to find solutions, escalating complex matters when necessary; delivering service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction; providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes; escalating complex issues, where applicable; processing employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines; and maintaining appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases in HR case management system. Position requires (1) Associate's degree with major or concentration in human resources, human resource management, or related human resources field. (2) 12 months of experience in a human resources and/or customer service position focused on delivering service in a professional and efficient manner while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, including evaluation of issues to find solutions or escalate as necessary and support of basic HR solutions. (3) Successful completion of drug test, health clearance, and criminal background check. (4) Employee may choose to work in the office, from a remote location, or a hybrid of the two.
