Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff. Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance.10%Education:High School diploma. Post-secondary in counseling, therapy, or psychology. Experience:1 - 3 years working in a related field or situation. License(s)/Certification(s):None required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Good communication skills. Good documentation skills. Ability to defuse acute situations with behavioral patients.
