Whether you're looking to host a special event, plan a date night, or just have a casual outing with friends, we've got you covered.Job PurposeThe Bartender is responsible for greeting guests in the venue, taking orders, making suggestions to improve the guest experience, having a great understanding of food, beverage, and gaming options in the venue, and managing cash/financial transactions. This is achieved by maintaining a positive and inviting attitude, actively providing hospitality to all guests in the venue, and keeping a sustained knowledge on the food, beverage, and gaming offerings. In addition, the Bartender is expected to have a working knowledge of the venue Beverage Recipe Book. To meet this expectation, Bartenders should actively participate in training to understand liquors, beers, and wine, as well as other beverages offered in the venue.Responsibilities Work hours as scheduled and additional hours when requestedFollow directions and demonstrate teamworkWork well with others in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, boosting hospitalityExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skillsMaintain safety and sanitation standards working with foodQualifications and SkillsMust be 21 years of age or olderCraft cocktail experience preferredFamiliarity with restaurant standards and hospitalityWorking knowledge of current and popular bar and cocktail trendGood communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
