Job Summary:Account Development: The Team Lead (TL) will serve as the key customer contact point and handling all customer reporting and metrics as required. Team Lead will work diligently with Account Manager to maintain and grow business within a mature established customer base and ensure that the customers’ expectations are being met in a timely and professional manner. Program Management: The Team Lead will manage project orders as determined and/or assigned by their supervisor. The TL will facilitate initial phases for project work in development. From exterior signage & interior branding to site refresh & remodel, from energy & lighting to repair & maintenance solutions, we deliver ideal solutions to meet all our client's branding needs.Assist AM in all aspects of Stratus Programs customers including scope development, internal communications, customer communications, timelines, and reporting.Identify potential opportunities from existing customers and work with AM to develop those opportunities.Report project/program status to AM and communicate customer expectations to AMMaintain and development of sign standards, drawings, and specifications for all new product requests from existing customers.Manage and provide direction on surveys, code checks, design development and proposals.Supports Accounting in collections of aging accounts receivables and resolve customer disputes.Apprise AM of potential escalations or operational concerns arising from customer and work diligently to resolve issues.Assist AM in training of Program Managers on core responsibilities. Works to identify possible development plans while also identifying internal/external training opportunities for PM’s. Tracks monthly invoice forecast vs. actual invoicing status on a bi-weekly basis.Attend meetings with existing and prospective customers, participate in teleconferences and all customer reporting functions.Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform other tasks as reasonably assigned by supervisor.Travel 15-25% to various clients, sales events, and job sites.Attend various social functions with customers as requestedSkillsComputer skills / typing skillsOrganized, self motivated; driven to exceed customer expectationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalEducation, Experience, CertificationsHigh-school graduateCollege degree or technical education preferred3+ years industry/sales experiencePhysical and Mental DemandsAble to lift 50lbs.Capability to navigate active worksitesExposure to rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold.Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.Working ConditionsProlonged hours in front of computer
