Grill Cook

Knob Hill Golf Club caters to a diverse membership and hosts all types of banquet events (weddings, golf outings, member events, bar mitzvahs, showers, meetings, etc.) We also have a full bar inside the clubs restaurant, The Sycamore Grille. We are open all year and are open to the public. The Grill Cook would work the line for the restaurant and when needed, will do other prep for banquets and events.Responsibilities:Preparing and working the grill and fryers Maintain standard of food quality, appearance and flavor. Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness. Ensure all food is neatly/properly stored. Follow all State and local health and safety guidelines and regulations. Assists with other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef.
