If you’re ready for a dynamic challenge, read on!Responsibilities:Install and start up after-market service productsTroubleshoot control systems, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components, including PLCsHandle pump and motor installationsPerform hydraulic seal resealing on clamp and injection unitsCalibrate and fine-tune machines for optimal performanceUtilize reference materials (manuals, drawings, procedures) to solve machine problemsRepair or replace components on machinery, robots, and product handling equipmentFoster strong customer relations with internal resources for effective serviceProvide telephone support to customer maintenance staffInstruct service technicians and customer operators on injection molding system maintenance and safe operationQualifications:Mechanical and electrical proficiency with knowledge of assembly techniques and fine-calibrated measuring instrumentsAbility to interpret blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsSystematic problem-solving skills.Machine leveling expertise, including adjustments for nozzle concentricity, platen parallelism, and tie-bar stretchTravel:2 weeks Traveling/1 week at homeSome International travelOccasional weekend work during travelBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePTO401K with employer matchingOpportunities for growth within the company***Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply**
