The Front of House Team Member, Cashier’s responsibility is to provide an unforgettable experience for our customers thru guiding them around the menu and supporting them in completing an order that fits their needs and expectations.Welcoming new and repeat guests every visit Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questionsVerify each guest order for accuracy, manage “to-go” orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling proceduresOperate cash register and must be able to count money and give change correctlyCount register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage Assist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging and take orders to tables Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality productsMust be able to work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environmentFollows and abides all safety rules, policies, and proceduresMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be fluent in English & SpanishPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar rolesAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periodsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policiesMust be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
