Immediate Hiring for a Commercial Construction Project ManagerWe are looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our company works in the Healthcare industry specializing in construction for oncology departments. This role does have a travel component to it, you will be traveling around 35% of the time to job sites nationwide.ResponsibilitiesDirect, coordinate, and oversee budgets for construction projects.Organization, scheduling, and implementation of projectsManagement of subcontractors, scheduling, and field construction oversightTravel up to 35% including overnight stayProcurement and logistics for concurrent construction projectsWork with contracts and estimating departmentsCommunicate with owners, general contractors, and stakeholdersEstablish project objectives, policies, and proceduresEstablish project labor requirementsConduct project inspections and address concernsCoordinates work with subcontractorsCoordinates with architects, inspectors, and client representativesConduct safety meetings and monitor project to assure procedures are followedOversight of project quality controlSupport cross functional team initiativesClose communication with sales teamDevelop relationships with key contacts in order to develop deeper insights to how we can better support our customersStrong leadership skills, positive attitude and a servant leadership mindsetQualifications:5+ years of Construction Management experienceAbility to interpret blueprints and structural drawings.Strong working knowledge of project management softwareAbility to work independentlyStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsWell-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplinesNot Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:PMP CertificationNetSuite experienceBenefits:401(k) matchingMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceSTD and LTD disability insurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays***Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply**
