With experience in over 140 countries, Culmen supports our clients to accomplish critical missions in challenging environments.The Staff Life Support Coordinator is budgeted to support the mission toward helping employees navigate their personal and professional needs in a healthy way. This is done to increase the overall quality of life, reduce burnout, improve company loyalty, and promote a healthy employee culture. They accomplish their goals by providing information, resources, and referrals to assist in a robust variety of ways.· Develop, implement, and manage Employee Assistant Programs to provide confidential counseling and support services to employees facing personal or professional challenges.· Advise employees on strategies to achieve work-life balance, including flexible work arrangements, time management techniques, and stress reduction methods.· Plan and coordinate wellness programs, such as fitness activities, mindfulness sessions, health screenings, and nutrition workshops to promote employee well-being.· Educate employees on mental health awareness, provide resources for mental health support, and facilitate access to counseling and therapy services.· Offer guidance and resources for personal and professional growth, including career coaching, skill-building workshops, and opportunities for continuing education.· Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance on effective communication, conflict resolution techniques, and foster positive relationships among employees.· Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.· Collaborate with HR and management to develop policies and procedures that support employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, and work-life integration.· Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or related field.· Minimum of (3) three years work experience in providing counselling and support to individuals.· Certification or licensure in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Employee Assistance Professional) is a plus.· Familiarity with employee assistance programs and workplace wellness initiatives.· Must be computer literate.· Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.· Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.· Possess a valid Driver’s License.· Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.· Ability to successfully clear a background check.· Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.· Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k and Paid Time Off.
