PA Production Operator (2nd shift)

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems has immediate openings for 2nd shift ( 3:00pm- 2:00am) on our Production Team. Must be able to train on first shift schedule for a minium of two weeks. Competitive wage and benefit package, Gainsharing, 401K, and 4 day, 10 hour work schedules Monday-Thursday.Responsibilities for a 2nd shift Production Operator include but are not limited to:Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulationsOperate various types of production equipment ( Presses, CNC machine centers, winding, assembly etc)Perform inspections during production to identify defects in raw materials in accordance with work instructions ( using measuring devices and visual inspections)May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test according to specifications and under simulated conditionsGeneral housekeeping dutiesCross training to run various operationsOther duties assigned as requiredManufacturing experience a plus but not required.
