Work within and navigate our various software applications/computer systems to place orders and document conversations/actions taken. Provide world-class customer service through following organizational policies & processes. You'll be more successful if you:Have automotive restoration experience.Have prior sales experience.Take ownership for your customersComfortable working with computers and learning new systemsMake a commitment to learn about our productsHave a positive & pro-active approach in problem solvingHave good communication skillsHave spent time shopping onlineHave experience within a contact center, but not necessaryYour schedule will be:There are a number of schedules available for different times of the day.Work Location:Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remoteIf remote, you will need to have access to the internet, computers will be provided, and a distraction free environmentCompensation:Base payMonthly Incentive based on performance.SPIF opportunitiesThe Eastwood Company makes use of the Culture Index to help us understand preferred communication styles and intrinsic motivational needs of our team.
