You’ll gather important medical information from the patient, perform preliminary tests, andassist the provider with cosmetic procedures while providing highest quality of care and an exceptional patient experience.Welcomes patients and visitors with a positive, warm dispositionKeeps doctors’ rooms filled to ensure clinic patient flowObtains patient histories through intake assessments, making note of findings in EHRAssists in minor office procedures (cosmetic injections, lasers, excisions, etc.)Administers visual acuity, intraocular pressure, color vision, depth perception and Schirmer’s tear, and additional testing as neededEducates patients on ophthalmic conditions and consent for procedures and surgeryMaintains exam rooms, including cleaning/sterilization as necessaryHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in Plastic Surgery and/or Dermatology preferredAt least 1-year of experience in Ophthalmology preferredCOA, COT is a plusDetail oriented; reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible schedule working Monday-FridayYour health, happiness and your future matters!
