Title: Office Manager Location: 344 N. 7th Street, Allentown, PA 18102Reports To: Corps Officers/Shelter Director Availability: July 1, 2024Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMSalary: $15 per hr. To make sure the office runs smoothly by scheduling meetings, handling mail, and keeping things organized. In addition to this, the Office Manager effectively interacts with Hospitality House Family shelter residents in order to communicate between them and caseworkers. It is beneficial for Office Manager to understand residential programs, its constituents and social dynamics of the urban experience.
