The position is responsible for preparing data-driven insights and Power BI dashboards, to assist with strategic planning and enhance profitability.This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the finance space. Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability Design & develop business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators, to monitor progress on strategic goals Produce insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities Assist with preparing high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling Assist with strategic planning Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events Perform other duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills Advanced Power BI skills Experience with data visualizations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Proficient at financial modeling and demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills Proven self-starter that can work with urgency in a dynamic environment Financial Services experience preferred Interest in financial markets and investing Intellectually curious Organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Detail-oriented Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner What We Offer As part of the overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities (WS) offers an array of diverse benefits to our Colleagues. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
