Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/The Vice President of Sales Effectiveness is pivotal in driving the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales organization. This strategic position involves strategy, training, enablement, and operations to empower sales teams, enhance their skills, and accelerate revenue growth. This leader collaborates closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align sales initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies. This key leadership role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer to align on strategy and execution.Responsibilities:Strategy and Alignment Partner with Sales Leadership to identify all strategies, goals, and expectations hitting salesIdentify metrics and expectations for each initiative and partner with CRO to deploy change communication around these for buy in and transparency. Prioritize and organize initiatives by level of ROI, impact, effort, and integration. . Manage, deploy, and measure initiatives. Partner with cross-functional team to create a sales scorecard, expectations, and policy for all sales to promote cross functional collaboration and transparencySales Training and DevelopmentConduct analysis through surveys, interviews, rep observations, and focus groups to understand pain points and areas of opportunity to shorten the sales cycle and maximize the growth potential. Develop architectural structure for all sales programs (format, materials, designs, and tools needed) Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.Leverage the LMS to automate and streamline processes.Implement activities and metrics to drive and capture growth.Enablement (Content and Collateral Development)Content advisor and liaison - Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure collateral, presentations, and resources directly reflect the sales process and customer needs.Ensure sales content is relevant, compelling, and tailored.Establish processes with marketing partners to continually refine and improve sales assets.Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and sales productivity tools to support sales effectiveness and efficiency.Provide training, guidance, and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools and technology.Create a sales advisory board and host monthly meetings to bounce ideas and get feedback on initiatives, training, and topics needed - voice of saleThe ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.Learning and development strategy, content development, and facilitation experience.
