This position involves production of preliminary and final construction drawings with some direction using AutoCAD or Civil 3D. This role will assist in project scoping by producing soil profiles, area take offs, shoring profiles, etc. This person will also beresponsible for creating construction documents, as-builts, sketches, and graphics while working directly with the engineers of the Northeast Business Unit.Draft engineering and construction documents using AutoCAD programsPrepare working construction drawings from conceptual layout to detailed finished productUtilize standard engineering practices and techniques to adjust and correlate dataRevise drawings from markups and/or instructionsCreate as-built drawings utilizing.csv files for importing data point Northing/EastingComplete red-lined as-built drawingsCreate and work with BIM models in RevitPrepare survey files for field layout using GPS or Total StationCoordinate and manage assignments with other team membersComplete assigned tasks on all projects in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met Associate degree or higher is preferredMinimum 3 years of Engineering/Architecture Drafting experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite softwareFamiliarity with AutoCAD LISP functionsExperience with Autocad Civil 3D is preferred but not requiredProficiency in Revit and Sketchup is preferred but not requiredAbility to understand site grading and utility plans and incorporate into design drawingsAbility to prepare design sections from working site plans Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skillsPerform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independenceWork with team members, both in person and remotelyKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
