The ETL Support Analyst will be required to support a daily ETL process that loads an Enterprise Data Warehouse. The candidate should have knowledge of ETL processing and troubleshooting ETL code to support job failures. The individual will also be responsible for ETL code migrations from a non-production environment to a production environment. A Place to Be Proud.Provide monitoring and application support for the ETL application environments (Business Objects Data Services and SSIS).Create and maintain support documentation for the teamAnalyze and resolve ETL job failures.Be the first responders, regularly communicate the status of the daily ETL jobs or any issues through appropriate communication channels.Resolve all incidents and code migrations within SLA targets.Diagnose and escalate issues where applicable.During crisis conditions, willing to act in the role of problem facilitator to drive cross functional efforts of various teams toward issue resolution.Ensure proper handoffs of issues or support as necessary.Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Please see the physical requirements for this position listed below.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field2 years of experience in SQL1-2 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL conceptsExperience working with healthcare data, specifically EPIC Clarity is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in Agile methodology1-2 years of experience in the following:Business Objects Data ServicesSSISUnix or LinuxShell scriptingOptimization of large data loadsMINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSitting Frequently Talking on phone/in personTyping on a keyboardStanding/walkingThe above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
