Here, you'll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America's future and yours.What we're seeking:As a Residential Sales Specialist for Frontier's Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication products & services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers through door-to-door solicitation, promoting our high-speed fiber internet, phone, & bolt-on "Value-added" services. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in an environment where effort is directly correlated with earning potential, as we offer performance-based commissions/rewards. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Enfield, CT work location to complete your work responsibilities.What you'll do:Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceAcquire new residential customers from assigned leads & territory based on door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling campaigns, lead follow-up, grass-root marketing events, etcConduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customersDevelop and deliver compelling sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needsSupport team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and successfully complete training programsAchieve monthly sales quotasComplete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, & quality control guidelinesStay well-informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and inform the manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directivesPerform other duties as requested by the supervisorWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Travel will be primarily within the local footprint as needed to canvass assigned territory during sales activitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 6 months or more of direct sales experience preferredKnowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless accessAbility to educate consumers on related products and services as neededFrontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
