Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service while working with and reporting to the Clubhouse Manager.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:1-2 years of food service/food preparation experience1-2 years of management experience requiredMinimum education: High School (or equivalent) diplomaKnowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor lawsMust have food and beverage experienceMust have good work ethicMust be dependableMust have strong business aptitudeMust have strong service orientationMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be highly organized, efficient and detail-orientedMust have exceptional interpersonal skillsPosition Responsibilities:Daily management of the Snack BarMust be team orientedHandles the production of food service as necessary in the Snack BarHires, supervises, and develops Snack Bar and Beverage Cart AttendantConducts training and refresher classes for all personnel in the correct proceduresDaily oversight of the Snack Bar accounting proceduresMaintains cost controls and conduct monthly inventoryAccurately handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating proceduresQuality assurance, guest service and training of all employeesProvides prompt and efficient customer serviceResponsible for overall guest satisfactionMaintains a professional appearance at all timesMaintains the cleanliness of production and service equipmentKeeps production and service areas clean and orderlyRequisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from kitchenPerforms clean-up and closing proceduresComplies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state lawsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
