Odyssey Systems is recruiting for an Integrated Master Scheduler. In this role, you will support PM Soldier Survivability (SSV), which is located at Ft. Belvoir, VA and Huntsville, AL. The support required under this effort includes engineering, quality assurance and test support, acquisition support, business management support, logistics and fielding support, operations support, and administrative support. The specific task areas include program management, analysis, planning, studies, liaison, and operations support, strategic communications, engineering and logistics support, new equipment training, system test and product fielding support, acquisition and contracting support, software development and system safety, studies and analysis and quick response support. PM SSV’s mission is to equip, clothe, and protect Soldiers to maximize performance today and provide enhanced capability tomorrow. PM SSV’s products protect Soldiers and allow them to operate in any condition. Product Manager Air Warrior (PdM AW), Product Manager Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PdM SCIE) and Product Manager Soldier Protective Equipment (PdM SPE) are subordinate Product Offices in PM SSV.***Contingent upon contract award***Duties include, but are not limited to:Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedulesPerforms program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variancesBuilds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sourcesMonitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variancesUtilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variancesActs as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to schedulingUnderstands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling softwareProposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling***Contingent upon contract award***Citizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: SecretEducation: BA or BSYears of Experience: At least 12 years of experienceTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge of MS ProjectAcquisition experience in the DoD environment.Interpersonal SkillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasksStrong communication skills, written and oralAdditional InformationLocation: Onsite at Redstone Arsenal, ALTravel: 25%#LI-BL1***Contingent upon contract award***Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
