We're looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, passionate, energized, and committed Prep/Line/Sauté COOK that can be a member of our team and that will contribute day-to-day to the success of our fast-paced operation. We're not looking to hire for the sake of hiring - we want to add an individual to the team that is truly going to enhance our operation and that takes pride in his/her work product. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medium/high-volume kitchen is required. Commitment to sanitation procedures is a must.
